FutureOn is pleased to announce the publication of the groundbreaking scientific volume “Unified Field Theory and Occam’s Razor: Simple Solutions to Deep Questions” (World Scientific Publishing, 2022), co-authored by our Chief Scientific Advisor, Prof. Giorgio Vassallo, together with Andras Kovacs and other international contributors.
The book represents a significant milestone in modern theoretical physics, addressing one of the oldest and most ambitious goals in science: the unification of fundamental physical interactions. First envisioned by Albert Einstein, a “Unified Field Theory” seeks to describe electromagnetism, matter, and spacetime within a single coherent framework. This new volume approaches that challenge through an innovative synthesis of Clifford algebra, spinor methods, and a deeply minimalistic philosophy — Occam’s Razor — applied rigorously to the foundations of physics.
A New Perspective on Foundational Physics
The authors — a multidisciplinary group of theoretical physicists, experimental researchers, mathematicians, and engineers — present a fresh and open-minded exploration of unification, supported by both mathematical developments and reinterpretations of experimental data.
Topics discussed include:
• unified electromagnetic and relativistic structures,
• the role of Clifford algebra and geometric spinors,
• new interpretations of the Maxwell–Dirac framework,
• novel predictions and potential technological applications,
• experimental considerations consistent with reformulated theoretical foundations.
The synergy between theoretical insights and real-world engineering perspectives gives the work a uniquely broad and forward-looking character.
About the Main Authors
Prof. Giorgio Vassallo, main author of the volume and Chief Scientific Advisor at FutureOn, is Professor of Physics at the University of Palermo. His background spans theoretical physics, condensed-matter physics, computer science, machine learning, neural networks, and electronics, with publications across all these fields. His research plays a central role in FutureOn’s scientific strategy, particularly in the development of coherent electromagnetic models relevant to next-generation energy technologies.
Andras Kovacs is co-founder and CTO of Broadbit Batteries. A Physics graduate from Columbia University, he holds key patents in battery technology, co-authored a foundational book on Maxwell-Dirac theory, and coordinates several EU co-funded research projects.
A Milestone for FutureOn’s Scientific Vision
FutureOn congratulates Prof. Vassallo and the entire author team for this achievement. The publication reinforces our commitment to cutting-edge scientific research and highlights the coherence between the fundamental theoretical work carried out by our scientific team and the technological roadmap pursued by FutureOn.
The book “Unified Field Theory and Occam’s Razor: Simple Solutions to Deep Questions” is now available worldwide through World Scientific Publishing and major distribution platforms.
